"Sarah is a unique and incredibly talented Death Doula in this field. I was lucky enough to collaborate with Sarah on a series of bereavement support groups over the past year. Sarah supported our clients in gently moving their feelings of grief through and out of their bodies through meditation and mindful movement. Working with Sarah was the best part of our bereavement support group, both for our clients and for myself. Grief is such an embodied experience, and when we carry it in our bodies it can contribute to headaches, inflammation, joint pain, back pain, cardiovascular problems, and difficulty sleeping, to name just a few. Sometimes, our grief is too intense for words and can get stuck in our bodies. For this reason, Sarah’s work has been so important and impactful. Sarah’s work can also be incredibly helpful for individuals and families dealing with anticipatory grief after receiving a difficult diagnosis and as they approach end-of-life. Sarah brings a lot of wisdom to her work, and her approach is authentic, gentle and empathetic. I would highly recommend Sarah for anyone looking for support around grief, loss and end-of-life."
